Julie Bigelow, RN

Julie is a psychiatric nurse with more than 30 years of experience in public and private systems, including senior level management positions in managed care. She has worked with counties, provider organizations, managed care, occupational health, and other health care companies.  Her expertise is in developing and improving clinical operations, utilization management, provider networks, account management,and quality management capabilities; strategic planning, policy and procedure development, RFP and proposal development, market research and development of marketing plans; project management, operational design and evaluation, and large account implementations.  She is a graduate of the Saddleback College School of Nursing in Mission Viejo, California and the University of California, Irvine.

 

Robert Morse, MBA

 

Robert is a senior manager and consultant with more than 25 years of professional experience. His expertise focuses on helping organizations achieve operational excellence, strategic planning, performance improvement, organizational analysis and design, team building, strategic planning, proposal strategy and development, new business opportunity analysis, large account implementations, and project management. Robert has served as President of Workplace Transformations, Vice President of Operations for Magellan Health Services, Western Regional Director of Operations and Western Regional Director of Organizational Development and Training for ValueOptions. He also served as the Interim Executive Director for the New Jersey Children's System of Care. He has provided management oversight for operations, customer service, call center, claims processing, organizational development, training and development, IT, human resources, facilities, and administrative support staff. He is also an experienced retreat leader. Robert's graduate education focused on management and organizational development. He earned his MBA at New York University where he was a student of W. Edwards Deming. Robert earned his BBA from the Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York with a concentration in human resources and organizational behavior.
